Anybody can participate in Danakosha Trust activities. All help is much appreciated and important to those we support.
- is the fastest and the most direct way to help.
- you can make a real difference in the education of children in the Himalayan area.
- is a fine opportunity to get a taste of authentic Tibetan cuisine and atmosphere.
Sponsor a child in a unique project with Danakosha Trust!
Community sponsorship will improve children’s possibilities to attend school. This means that the children’s accommodation, meals, school equipment and good quality teaching are guaranteed during their entire studies. We regularly stay in contact with the local community and report to sponsors in a newsletter.
Sponsorship funds support the whole school community as we are not able to allocate funds to a specific child at this moment. Also keep in mind that any company, class group, student’s union, group of friends or workmates can become a sponsor together!
Danakosha Trust has participated in Restaurant Day in Helsinki already many times! Tibet Hut has been arranged in Danakosha Finland’s place in recent years. Each time our restaurant has been very popular, which makes us very happy and grateful to our customers! We have served delicious Tibetan food in our menu: momo dumplings, thukpa soup and exotic butter tea.
Our next Tibet Hut Event will be held in Jokioinen, Finland. Follow our notifications of the next “Tibet Hut” on our Facebook-group and our webpages.
