We have launched our Student Community Sponsorship Program at the Ngodup Choeling School of Pangan Gonpa in Kullu-Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India. Ngodup Choeling is a monastic school where the children learn Buddhist philosophy among other subjects.
The construction of the school facilities was finished in the spring of 2017 and the school was inaugurated in June, 2017. Although the building is finished, Ngodup Choeling School is continuing to look for sponsors for the student community so that the children can continue their studies. The school can accommodate 30 students in total and at the moment there are 29 students, aged 5-16 years.
